Biography

Paul Greenfield is well known for his hard-driving, tough style, which he has honed in over forty years of criminal defense practice.  He has a broad base of experience in criminal cases.  Mr. Greenfield has represented defendants in federal and state jurisdictions throughout the United States.  He has been lead counsel on matters involving white-collar crime, narcotics, organized crime, murder, and other complex matters.  Mr. Greenfield worked as an attorney with the New York Legal Aid Society, handled cases for over a decade with prominent white-collar attorney Jay Goldberg, and has taught as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University.  He also served as general counsel for a publicly traded company advising on a wide-variety of corporate, regulatory and securities matters.  Mr. Greenfield is an active member of the New York City Bar Association and a continuing participant in the mentor program of Brooklyn Law School, where he graduated with honors and was the recipient of the Administrative Law Award.  He is admitted to practice pro hac vice, and has represented criminal defendants throughout the country,
